At Abide Inclusive Therapy, we believe everyone deserves mental health care that meets them exactly where they are — without having to explain, justify, or edit themselves first. Our team is made up of therapists who don't just support diverse identities — many of us live them. We understand the unique weight that comes with navigating a world not always built for you, and we bring that understanding into every session. We offer in-person and telehealth services across multiple states, making it easier than ever to find the right fit — wherever you are.

We are a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming practice that believes inclusivity means everyone — full stop. We take a client-centered approach in everything we do, working hard to match each person with a clinician who truly fits. Our mission is to make high-quality, affirming care genuinely accessible — not just in theory. We build an environment where our therapists feel supported and fulfilled, because when clinicians thrive, clients thrive.

FEES & INSURANCE
We believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to getting the support you need. That's why we work with a wide range of insurance providers and offer transparent private pay rates:

Couples & Family Sessions: $150–$175
We are also able to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

I am from a truly nomadic family, which means I'm moving every few years to explore new places. I have a Masters in Interior Architecture and Historical Preservation from NYU. I realized early on that project management was what I love doing. This led to a 20 year career in Showroom/Project management before taking the plunge and changing careers completely to manage billing and insurance for mental health practices.

THE ABIDE INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY
ACCESS SHOULDN'T HAVE A PRICE TAG
We know that insurance deductibles, co-pays, and gaps in coverage can make seeking mental health care feel out of reach. Abide Inclusive Community is our not-for-profit sister organization, created specifically to expand access for those who need it most.
Through Abide Inclusive Community, we offer sliding scale services based on your current income. If we don't have a clinician available who fits your specific needs, we'll do our best to connect you with someone who does. Your access to a quality, affirming therapist is our highest priority.
A NOTE ON THE COMMUNITY: Abide Inclusive Community is a not-for-profit organization. All therapy, supervision, and future CEU fees are considered a donation for services. Clinicians are paid directly up to $100 per session, with any remainder donated to the organization to fund continued growth. As a not-for-profit, 100% of incoming funds are reinvested into our clinician community and the clients they serve.
INFORMATION FOR CLINICIANS
CLINICAL SUPERVISION, TRAINING, & CEUS
Great therapy starts with well-supported therapists. Through Abide Inclusive Community, we offer affordable individual and group clinical supervision for social workers in North Carolina and Maryland, with rates scaled to your current salary. Our supervision focuses on long-term clinical confidence, effective work with LGBTQIA+ communities, and protecting your own wellbeing so you can sustain a fulfilling career in this field.
We're also working to expand into affordable, sliding-scale continuing education trainings — covering evidence-based clinical approaches and building a sustainable private practice. Interested? Use our contact form to be added to the interest list.
