LCSW-A
As a neurodiverse therapist, it is important to me to allow others to explore themselves authentically. I am passionate about creating a space where you can uncover your true self and deconstruct those negative views and habits that have been holding you back. I am continuously exploring and working on maintaining my own comfort in my skin, so I realize the work can often be exhausting, exhilarating, and ultimately one of the most satisfying endeavors you will undertake.
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
I have been working in the social work world since 2017, working in treatment center settings on and off until receiving my MSW in 2024. I utilize Somatic Experiencing practices, IFS techniques, Expressive Arts interventions, Dream and Archetypal Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention with a trauma-informed approach. I am dedicated to integrating a compassionate and ethical approach to each step that we take together. Your autonomy comes first. I believe in the importance of informed consent. I offer choice each step of the way as well as time to process that choice in real time during sessions. This approach can be especially helpful in providing safety for neurodiverse brains and bodies, including folks who have endured complex trauma or high-control environments (cults and/or narcissistic abuse). You get to choose today.
FUN FACTS
I love cats, especially my cat Cosmo. I collect and create art for my oddities and curiosities side business. I am a total nerdy researcher — I love facts and learning.
