I love working with youth, adolescents, and young adults, but I am also adept at supporting clients across the lifespan, from ages 13 to 85. My professional experience includes serving as a school social worker in Douglas County, Colorado, and working in both community mental health and private practice settings in North Carolina. I also hold a background in theatre, which enriches the creativity, presence, and openness I bring to therapy. My approach is integrative, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, IFS-informed practices, and somatic grounding.
