My role is not to lead from the front, but to walk beside you — helping you grow, find stability during transitions, and discover peace amid life's competing demands. Together, we cultivate a space where you can release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your energy, clarify your path, and strengthen your sense of self. I have supported trauma survivors, individuals in addiction recovery, and those navigating oppression or seeking deeper authenticity and wholeness. I am passionate about people, their families, and the unique narratives that shape them. With a love for both learning and teaching, I honor the full range of the human experience — its beauty and joy, its sorrow and mystery, and the wisdom that emerges along the way.
