Lexy Dietrich
Graduate Student
Hello! My name is Lexy, and I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist. I am passionate about
working with the LGBTQ2IA+ population and elevating voices for those who go unheard or feel
misunderstood. As a therapist, it’s my goal to create a safe space for folks who are navigating a
world and a society that wasn’t built to support them. Whether it be big life transitions, living with
neurodivergence, or questioning your gender and sexuality - I’m here for it all.
MY APPROACH TO THERAPY
My natural
orientation is to incorporate somatic and creative art interventions into the therapy process,
though I adjust my approach depending on each individual person’s needs. Therapy can feel
intimidating and even scary, especially with the conditions of the world we currently live in. You
deserve to have your story heard by someone who truly cares and understands. You don’t have to do it alone: there is someone out there who wants to help.
FUN FACTS
I have a massive collection of Pokémon cards and have played every single game. I rode horses for 10 years, and am certified in natural horsemanship. I have a pet turtle named Nitro!
